Henry joined Benefits Group of Tennessee in 2006 after a 16-year career with Humana, Inc., where he was a senior sales executive with the Tactical Sales Unit. He also helped develop Humana’s Market point, Inc. and was responsible for running small group sales for Middle and East Tennessee for more than five years. This experience gives Henry a unique perspective into designing and implementing benefit programs that save his client’s money and increase employee satisfaction.
Henry’s role with BGT, LLC. is to work with new and existing clients to design a comprehensive benefit package. This may include Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) or voluntary benefits to address the unique needs of each employer and their employees. By understanding how their medical, dental, disability, life and other benefits work together, Henry and his team work with each client to enroll, communicate and assist with claims and billing issues throughout the year as an extension of their HR Department to ensure the employee benefit plan runs smoothly.
